Organic cattle breeding does not use hormones and antibiotics, livestock lives in conditions, which are maximally close to natural. Biological certification strictly controls all links of the chain to guarantee 100% organically reared meat. We buy it from certified organic farms in Latvia. We offer organically reared, fresh meat, sausages, snacks, dried meat products and canned meat – beef, young beef, veal, mutton and lamb.

The slaughterhouse of SIA Aibi, which is located in Ineši, Vecpiebalga District, is one of the biggest and most up-to-date slaughterhouses in Latvia. It is provided with new-generation equipment, which is made in the EU. The company slaughters livestock in conformity with the animal welfare and HACCP requirements. Carcasses in the slaughterhouse are certified by a certified classifier. Livestock owners can participate in the process of weighing and classifying carcasses. We offer slaughter service.

In 2017, marking its 20th Anniversary, the company launched a new meat processing plant in Ērgļi, thus ensuring a full production cycle, and guaranteeing permanently high quality of meat and meat products. As a result, the company has entered retail business, offering high quality meat production with Aibi brand.
